Our home is a newly renovated two story with loft which sleeps six. Vaulted ceilings add to the open air feeling of looking out over lush vegetation through walls of sliding glass doors.  New carpet, ceramic tile, furniture and updated kitchen await your pleasure. Located in a private home community our home offers total seclusion located at the end of Seascape Court.  The foliage screens the view of civilization. 

We are less than 100 yards from the beach and directly across from the swimming pool and tennis courts.  Park your car or take a limo from the airport and you are within walking distance of most of the best restaurants, shops, art galleries and nightspots on Captiva Island.

The interior boasts two bedrooms/ two full baths, a loft area featuring a desk and sleeper sofa overlooking the spacious living room and dining room with fireplace and fluffy pillows on the couches.  A queen size sleeper is available for unexpected guests.

The house features a wrap around screened lanai (over 700 sq. feet) overlooking lush tropical vegetation. The unique tropical garden setting provides total seclusion.  Two separate sky decks offer private sun bathing by day and stargazing at night.
